Inclement Weather Update: Two-hour delay on Wednesday, January 10

Due to flooding and residual effects from today’s storms, Cabarrus County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Wednesday, January 10.  This will allow additional time for floodwaters to recede before buses, staff, parents and student drivers must travel to school. 

KIDS::PLUS will also operate on a two-hour delay schedule as well. 

The district Spelling Bee scheduled for Wednesday, January 10th, has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 18th at Winkler Middle School. 

Staff should report on a normal schedule as they are able to do so safely.
