Inclement Weather Update: CCS CLOSED on January 10, 2025

Cabarrus County Schools families and staff:

All Cabarrus County Schools will be CLOSED on Friday, January 10, 2025 due to the forecast for winter weather and the potential for unsafe travel. There will not be a make-up day due to additional hours built into the calendar.

  • KIDS:PLUS will not operate Friday, January 10, 2025. 
  • All athletic, extra-curricular, and community use events and activities are cancelled for Friday, January 10th through Sunday, January 12th, 2025.
  • Employees should visit the Finance Department website for reporting instructions.
The safety of our students and staff is a top priority for Cabarrus County Schools. Please be safe in your travels. Thank you for your support and understanding.
